Hanging at the bar of Schubas before the start of a show, Ryan Schreiber is talking music-his favorite subject-taking intermittent swigs from his pint of Stella and quick drags of his Camel. Asked what he likes about the Cool Kids, a Chicago hip-hop act headlining the show
