MIAMI BEACH, Fla., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: CAAS), one of the leading developers of consumer-based business concepts in the Republic of Poland, today announced it has entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire privately held Family Chicken Inc., parent company of Chicken Central.
Chicken Central has developed and completed test-marketing of its chicken delivery concept in Hialeah, Florida. Two other company-owned units are now in development in South Florida.
