BUSINESS advisory firm Deloitte is broadening its horizons with the appointment of expatriate tax specialist Harvey Smith at its office in Birmingham.
Mr Smith joins the city centre firm in its 40-strong International Assignment Services practice.
In his previous role, Mr Smith acted as an HMRC Inspector and helped to develop policy on a number of expatriate-related matters, including international share schemes and the treatment of short-term business visitors to the United Kingdom.
