Tacoma, Wash.-based Bargreen Ellingson, the nation's eighth largest foodservice distributor in FE&S magazine's 2007 Distribution Giants survey, acquired American Restaurant Supply - Hawaii. American Restaurant Supply reported sales of $19.1 million in 2006, placing it 54th on FE&S ' list of the top 100 dealers in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry.
