Intel unveils 16 server, high-end PC processors
Bangalore, Nov 13 (PTI) Intel Corp, the world's biggest maker of computer chips, has unveiled a lineup of 16 server and high-end PC processors which it claims are faster, energy efficient and more eco-friendly.
The Intel Core 2 Extreme and Xeon Processors are also the first to be manufactured on the company's 45 nanometre (nm) manufacturing process, further boosting performance and lowering power consumption, R Ravichandran, Director-Sales, Intel South Asia, told reporters today.
