DEVELOPMENT along St James' Boulevard has mirrored other UK cities by bringing to life a previously rundown area through the creation of a new highway.
At a stroke, this made available sites which otherwise would have remained undeveloped. To date about 400,000sqft has been developed with more schemes to come through.
The prime business addresses are St James' Gate, the south western gateway to the city, and Citygate at the northern end of the new highway.
