Freezing may be the food-preservation method of the nineties. In this age of microwaves and convenience foods, many of us rely on our freezers more than ever before.
Freezing is an excellent option when you want to preserve your garden extras, keeping them as delicious as when you picked them. By quickly freezing produce right out of the garden, you'll capture vegetables with a higher nutrient content than if you ate them when they were fresh but several days old.
