The Values Campaign? is divided into two sections. The first includes an introduction that briefly surveys the argument of each chapter in the book and three additional chapters that address broad themes concerning the Christian Right. The last eight chapters survey the Christian Right and the 2004 election in eight different states. Although it is never fully clear why the eight were the key states of 2004, a reader will gain insights from each of these state chapters.
