CUPERTINO, Calif., June 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Computer, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL) today announced a new version of Apple QuickTime for Windows, the software that brings multimedia capabilities to personal computers and consumer electronics devices. The newest Windows version, QuickTime 2.1 for Windows, will take full advantage of the latest 32-bit operating systems including Windows NT and the upcoming Windows 95. For developers, this means that the same multimedia content can be delivered for both of these operating systems.
