Dr. Leanne Berning is a dairy sciences professor at California Polytechnic State University. Ironically, this milk specialist is herself lactose intolerant. That doesn't stop her from enjoying foods made from milk, though. "I eat a lot of dairy," says Dr. B. ODYSSEY asked her about the real scoop on lactose intolerance and about ways to cope with it.
