Following is the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices routine immunization recommendations for adults. Sometimes a person may have a medical condition that makes
a particular vaccine the best choice for him, or that even prevents immunization with a certain vaccine. Provide patients with a vaccine record book or card, which they should take to every health care visit, and keep a copy in a safe place. It is important to keep immunization records throughout your life.
