New York Life Insurance Co. has appointed Frank Boccio executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
Mr. Boccio, 55, will be responsible for individual-policy services, corporate information, corporate services, corporate Internet operations and business resiliency.
He has held a variety of managerial positions at the company, with areas of responsibility including underwriting, claims, customer service, systems, administration and human resources.
Mr. Boccio joined New York Life in 1974 in the group insurance department and was promoted to manager of administrative services in 1980 and assistant vice president in 1984. During the ...
