Before the opening of the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Wyoming last September, museum director Dan Provo stood at the entrance speaking with a patron about how the museum fits into its setting. As if on cue, a half-dozen mule deer picked their way single file across the butte in front of them, a bald eagle flew overhead with a trout in its talons, and a coyote moved down the hill toward the National Elk Refuge.
