Moody's Investors Service today assigned a long-term global local currency senior unsecured debt rating of Baa2 and a long-term national scale rating ("NSR") of Aaa.ua to the local currency-denominated bonds Series A and B to be issued by Savings Bank of Ukraine ("Savings Bank"), which will represent a senior unsecured claim on the bank. The planned issue size is UAH500 million (approximately US$99 million) to be distributed in two issuances with an A Series of UAH300 million with a final maturity of three years and a B Series of UAH200 million with a final maturity of five years.
