Melville, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 1995--Olsten Corporation (NYSE:OLS) today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire IMI Systems, Inc., a leading international information technology services company with more than 750 computer systems professionals.
IMI works closely with its broad array of corporate clients in the design, development and maintenance of their information systems, providing these services on both a project and individual staff supplementation basis.
