Formosa Petrochemical Corporation says that its polystyrene unit in Ningbo is expected to be operational this October, with a capacity of 200 000 t/a, to supply Chinese Mainland market. It is the additional styrene downstream unit in Ningbo following the 250 000 t/a ABS unit.
