SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Progressive Bag Alliance (PBA), a coalition of industry leaders working to ensure plastic bags are recycled, today issued the following statement regarding the plastic bag ban about to take effect in San Francisco.
