OSLO, Norway -- IntraFish Media, the leading provider of news to the global seafood industry, today announced it has agreed to terms to acquire the Heighway Group of seafood trade publications and directories. Subject to certain conditions being satisfied, it is expected the acquisition will be completed in approximately three weeks. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will make IntraFish Media the world's largest media company focused exclusively on the global seafood industry.
Heighway's publications include leading titles Seafood International, Seafood Processor, Fish Farming International, Fishing News International and ...
