A CRAGG Vale boss has warned that jobs could be moved to the south if skilled workers are not found.
Around 20 jobs are up for grabs at software and service company, Aspire technology.
Positions at the company based at Dean Heys Business Park, Cragg Vale have remained unfilled for around three months.
Sales director, Chris Bingham has warned that if the jobs are not taken the vacancies will be filled at their London headquarters.
He said: "We have been trying to recruit 10 people for nearly three months without success. Now we are in a position where more jobs need to be filled in time for Christmas."
