The Charities Act 2006 has brought in the most significant changes to this part of English law in centuries. Implementation of the changes began in February 2007 and will take two years to complete. Andy Morris, client relationship partner and head of charities at Dains, highlights below the seven stages of implementation and the affects it will have on charities.
