FRANKFORT am Main, Germany, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- On July 1, 1995 Deutsche Bahn AB will be launching an upgraded BahnCard with photo and integrated payments facility onto the market in cooperation with Citibank Privatkunden AG, Dosseldorf. Application forms for the DB/Citibank VISA BahnCard are available from all ticket offices and travel agencies dealing with DB business.

Thanks to a photo of the holder, the new BahnCard is now ideally protected against misuse. This also eliminates the need for ID cards to be checked on trains.
