A British arms dealer was jailed today for four years at Blackfriars Crown Court after pleading guilty to illegally moving weapons contrary to Article 9(2) of The Trade in Goods (Control) Order 2003. This prosecution was brought by the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office (RCPO), and is the first use of this legislation by any prosecuting Authority in the UK.
