There was a "very positive" response to this week's television appeal for information relating to the shooting of an off-duty police officer in Derry two weeks ago.
The appeal was carried on RTE's Crimecall programme on Tuesday night and a spokesperson for RTE said they were "very pleased" with the response from the public.
