BOLTON - Nashoba Regional showed a lot of what it currently is, and a little bit of what could have been, in yesterday's 28-6 win over North Middlesex Regional.
Behind the outstanding play of its offensive line, Nashoba gained 285 yards on the ground. Junior Travis Patterson continued his development into one of the top running backs in the area with 163 yards and three touchdowns on 21 carries to key the win.
The Chieftains improved to 7-4 overall, 5-1 in Division 1 West. They tied for the division title with Holy Name and St. Peter-Marian, with the Naps getting the playoff nod due to a better power rating.
