Le Beau Visage managing director Peter Le Beau has been appointed non- executive director at the Health Claims Bureau.
HCB is part-owned by GenRe and specialises in claims services, providing assessor support and training, process and system reviews, home visits, and investigation and surveillance services.
Le Beau, who is chairman of the Income Protection Taskforce, says the industry needs to ensure that valid claims are paid and fraudulent claims dealt with effectively if income protection sales are to be revived.
