Bell Pottinger, part of Chime Communications, is to launch Search Relations, which the communications giant is positioning as a specialist agency for reputation management and search-based PR.
The move comes just 14 months after the group launched VCCP Search, claiming too that it would focus on reputation management and PR (NMA 21.09.06).
However, both VCCP and Chime have insisted that the new agency doesn't represent an admission of failure for VCCP Search, which has won clients including Five, O2 and Sainsbury's Bank.
Search Relations will launch at the end of the month and is to be headed by Paul Mead, who will also continue as MD of VCCP ...
