*Sean Flannery has left State Street Global Advisors, where he was CIO, to pursue other opportunities. Paul Greff, who has led the firm's fixed-income team, and Michael O'Hara, head of active fixed-income, have also left the firm. Reportedly, Greff will be replaced by Mark Marinella, CIO of fixed-income.
*Real estate investment company Behringer Harvard has appointed Robert Chapman, formerly of AMLI Residential Properties Trust, executive VP and co-chief operating officer, where he will oversee the firm's investment banking relationships and new corporate initiatives.
