NEW YORK -- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its Integrated Systems (L-3 IS) subsidiary has signed an exclusive teaming agreement with GE Aviation for the U.S. Air Force KC-10 Aircraft Extension Program (AEP).
KC-10 AEP is a major modification to meet the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements and include enhancements to the flight deck communication, navigation, and surveillance systems to ensure total interoperability in civil airspace.
