ALLY K. ENTERPRISE CORPORATION, Miami, FL was issued a warning letter on Oct. 16, 2007 by FDA following an inspection of the company's seafood processing facility on July 1820, 2007. FDA found that the company has serious violations of the seafood Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulation. The failure of a processor of fish or fishery products to have and implement a HACCP plan renders the fish or fishery products adulterated. Accordingly, the company's refrigerated canned pasteurized crabmeat, vacuum-packaged fin-fish products, and scombroid-forming species are adulterated, in that they have been prepared, packed, or held under unsanitary conditions, ...
