NEW YORK, July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY) transferred the employees and operations of its real estate asset management department -- MONY Real Estate Investment Management -- to its wholly owned real estate services company, ARES Holdings, Inc., effective July 1, 1995.

The move will unite MONY's real estate asset management, debt management and property management functions under one corporate entity.
