AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- The Plug-In Hybrid Development Consortium (the "Consortium") announced today that FEV Engine Technology, Inc., one of the world's leading developers of advanced powertrain and vehicle technologies, has joined the Plug-in Hybrid Development Consortium.
