(Nasdaq: FSII), announced today that it has received new orders through its Japanese affiliate, m-FSI Ltd., for more than 20 MERCURY MP Spray Processing Systems. The MERCURY system, with its proven and reliable sub-0.5 micron process performance, provides cost-effective, space- saving solutions for a variety of critical cleaning, resist stripping and etching applications.
