MONTREAL, July 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) today issued the following:
Bristol-Myers Squibb and Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada Inc. today announced they have filed further claims in the Federal Court of Canada charging Corporation Biolyse Pharmacopee Internationale of Port Daniel, Quebec, with misrepresenting a Biolyse pharmaceutical product as being the same as Bristol-Myers Squibb's anticancer drug TAXOL(TM) (paclitaxel). Previously, the suit sought only to restrain Biolyse from using the Bristol-Myers Squibb trademark TAXOL when referring to its product.
