Gokongwei-controlled Cebu Air, Inc. (Cebu Pacific) will no longer pursue a request for a partial exemptive relief from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in line with its initial public offering in 2008.
"After careful and thoughtful consideration, the company has decided to withdraw its request for partial exemptive relief . The company has decided to follow the same route taken by Robinsons Land Corp. and Universal Robina Corporation in the registration of their follow on offering and shall be using the same templates use in those offerings," the lowcost airline said.
