Joint Venture with Interstate Hotels & Resorts on Investment, Management of Properties

NEW YORK -- Investcorp's U.S. based real estate group today announced that it has completed the acquisition of The Seelbach Hilton Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky and InterContinental's Crowne Plaza Madison Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin with Interstate Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: IHR), its joint venture partner in these transactions.
