WHEN NATIONAL REVIEW called me about doing this piece--"Make the case for Mike Huckabee"--I admitted I wasn't 100 percent sure I'd vote for the Other Man from Hope and ex-governor of Arkansas. I'm still not. For I continue to feel warm-and-fuzzy toward that ol' lion John McCain, not to mention reassured by him each time he delivers a speech on Iraq. And I haven't thrown out Rudy Giuliani, either. One doesn't simply forget the kind of leadership he delivered on 9/11. America's mayor even comforted us way down here in Little Rock.
