Broad Street Development has signed over 15,000 s/f of new leases and expansions at its Downtown properties, 55 and 61 Broadway.
The four newest tenants to take space at the office buildings are the Cancer Research Fund of The Damon Runyon-Walter Winchell Foundation, The Cancer Research Institute, The Griswold Company and Arnet Worldwide. Daniel M. Blanco, principal of BSD, made the announcement.
