* You've probably been hearing a lot of buzz about a new oral contraceptive that halts your menstrual cycle indefinitely. Like other birth-control pills, this Pill, called Lybrel, contains a low-dose combination of estrogen and progestin and is about 99 percent effective at preventing pregnancy.
