The Herzliya Medical Center (HMC) has signed a deal with the government of Tatarstan, a former Soviet republic, for the establishment of an advanced hospital there. The agreement was signed by the Prime Minister and Health Minister of Tatarstan, as we I as HMC chairman Dr. Aubrey Joffe.
Lukoil-Tatarstan, a subsidiary of the Lukoil Oil Company--the largest petroleum company in Russia, will be a partner in the project.
