I must take exception to Patrick McCormick's review of Michael Moore's film Sicko (Reviews, October). The greatest nightmare of socialized medicine and, indeed, the sin of it, can be found in its evil underside--medical rationing. Rationing and socialized medicine coexist symbiotically; it's the nature of the beast. McCormick fails to mention this hidden underbelly of tragic social consequence.
