Acquisition Expands and Diversifies its Skilled Trades Staffing Services
TACOMA, Wash. -- Labor Ready completed the acquisition of PlaneTechs, LLC effective Monday, Dec. 3, 2007. PlaneTechs was purchased for approximately $50 million in cash. Founded in 1997, PlaneTechs is a leading aircraft maintenance staffing provider and is headquartered in Chicago, Ill.
