Karachi December 04 (PPI) : Additional District and Sessions Judge Central Tasneem Sultana Tuesday granted a 14-day judicial remand of Abdul Majeed Sheikh, accused in newly wed couple murder case, to police.
A case (FIR No391/07) was registered under Section-302/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code in PS Taimoria. The case refers to the murder of newly-wed couple Mohammed Azeem and Beenish, who married on Aug 10, 2007. The grooms family found the couple dead in their bedroom under mysterious circumstances the next morning of their wedding night in their North Nazimabad apartment in Taimoria police limits on Aug 11.
