MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 1995--Quebecor Printing (TSE,ME:IQI) announced today that it has signed a ten-year contract valued at approximately US $250 million, to print directories for US West of Englewood, California. Coincidently, Quebecor Printing acquired the operations of US West's Directory Printing Plant in Loveland, Colorado, USA. This transaction is subject to approval under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
