LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. -- ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE:ABD), a world leader in select categories of branded office products, announced today that Duane L. Burnham has been elected to its Board of Directors, effective today.
Mr. Burnham is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Abbott Laboratories, Inc., the global health care firm. He joined Abbott in 1982 as senior vice president, finance, and chief financial officer, and was named chief executive officer in 1989 and chairman of the board in 1990. Mr. Burnham retired in 1999.
He has served on the boards of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, NCR Corporation, Northern Trust ...
