Where did you go?
I spent the summer of 2007 in Sapporo, Japan as an exchange student. I was interested in Japanese culture so I went on an American Field Service exchange.
Not many foreigners think of Sapporo and the north island of Hokkaido when considering Japan.
Sapporo's population is about 3.5 million people and the city is amazing and diverse with popular skiing attractions in the winter, including the (1998) Olympics.
