A WORKMAN fell from his ladder after suffering an electric shock while attempting to fix a floodlight at a social club in Chelmsley Wood.
The 59-year-old man injured his back after plunging around six feet in the incident at the Chelmsley Wood Conservative Club, in Bosworth Drive, just before 12 noon yesterday.
Heartlands Hospital was put on alert as ambulance crews brought the man in.
