Nathan C. Zulueta, a business and civic leader, yesterday said Quezon City is fast emerging as the most preferred locators of information and communications technology (ICT), notably in the offshoring and outsourcing needs of companies based in the United States.
"This was the offshoot of the billions of pesos in foreign and local investments poured in ICT through the initiative of Mayor Feliciano R. Belmonte, Jr., shortly after taking over the highest city post in 2001," said Zulueta, a consultant on ICT promotions and development at the Office of the Mayor.
