KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 12 Asia Pulse - The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP) (KLSE:3999) has confirmed that it is in the midst of negotiations to explore the possibility of selling its subsidiary, Malay Mail Sdn Bhd, to a consortium comprising Simpletech Sdn Bhd and Gabungan Kesturi Sdn Bhd.
Simpletech is a company controlled by Datuk Mohd Ibrahim Mohd Nor while Gabungan is a substantial shareholder of Media Prima Berhad, Malaysia's largest media group.
