Lawyer Manuel M. Serrano was elected last week as the new chairman of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations (CREBA) board, and Reghis N. Romero II as CREBA national president.
Serrano founded CREBA 34 years ago with the "dons" of the industry to unite its various disciplines under an umbrella organization. It is now the single biggest grouping of some 4,000 professionals, companies and groups comprising the widest industry cross-section. It has affiliates in the United States, Europe and Southeast Asia. Serrano is president of Remnan Enterprises, while Romero II is president of R-II Builders Group of Companies.
