BOSTON and NEW YORK, Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism (MOTT) has awarded NYT Custom Publishing a contract to publish its Massachusetts Getaway Guide in both 1996 and 1997, it was announced today by Richard W. Stockton, vice president and general manager of NYT Custom Publishing. Under the agreement, the custom publisher will edit, produce and sell advertising for the annual Guide, the state's leading tourist publication. This is the first time that MOTT has awarded a two-year publishing assignment to any firm.
